مقتطفات من مقال على موقع راديو اوروبا الحرة باللغة الانجليزية، بتاريخ 6/2/2015  و تحت عنوان :

قائد شيشاني متشدد من تنظيم الدولة : "الكفار، الوثنيون، النساء شبه العاريات، الموسيقيون والممثلون كلهم أعداء لنا "

كتبت الصحفية والمدونة جوانا براتشوك الخبيرة في شؤون المقاتلين الشيشان تحت قيادة تنظيم الدولة ، بحثاً حول نشاطات قيادي بارز في تنظيم الدولة وهو موسى أبو يوسف الشيشاني، عضو فصيل  كتيبة الاقصى ذات الغالبية الشيشانية والتي قاتلت في كوباني.

وتقول في مقدمة بحثها أن هذا القيادي في تنظيم الدولة يخاطب المسلحين في سوريا والعراق  حسب رأيه عن سبب عداء العالم كله،  بما في ذلك الولايات المتحدة الامريكية ، ودول الخليج ، وحتى الممثلين والموسيقيين والنساء شبه العاريات  وصانعي المسلسلات التلفزيونية الفاجرة، ويبين موسى ابو يوسف الشيشاني ان سبب التحالف الذي تقوده أمريكا ضد التنظيم، هو التهديد المباشر الذي فرضه المسلحون بإزالة الحدود التي فرقت المسلمين وإقامة الخلافة، للنظام العالمي الطاغوتي.

وجاء في مقالها أن هذا العضو يلقي محاضرات عديدة عبر شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي المناصرة لتنظيم الدولة باللغة الروسية حول العديد من القضايا ذات الاهتمام للتنظيم ووجهة نظره المتطرفة للاسلام على حد تعبيرها.

وجاء في محاضرته الاخيرة بتاريخ 5/ 2 / 2015 تحت عنوان ´ كفى بالله حسيبا´ ، وتحديداً في الفقرة الاخيرة من المقال المشار اليه ما نصه :

" حتى ان الاحزاب الاسلامية الاخرى مثل حزب التحرير والاخوان المسلمين يعارضون تنظيم الدولة، لانهم يشعرون بالغيرة من نجاح المسلحين، فبينما حاول " المتكلمون الابديون" من الاحزاب مثل حزب التحرير ولسنوات طويلة " تغيير عقليات الشباب السذج "، مضى تنظيم الدولة من فوره وأقام " الخلافة ".

وطمأن المتشدد الشيشاني أتباعه المتطرفين الذين يتحدثون الروسية بقوله" لقد أنجزتم هذه النتائج التي لم يملكوا إلا أن يحلموا بها لعقدين آخرين من الزمن" ... انتهى الاقتباس

تعليقنا :

سبق وأن وردت تعليقات هنا وهناك مثل تلك الادعاءات الباطلة والإيحاءات الشيطانية منذ إعلان تنظيم الدولة اقامة الخلافة، ومازالت نفس التعليقات تتكرر بين الفينة والاخرى، كما ورد أعلاه على لسان أحدهم، إن صح النقل، والتي جاءت في مجملها كرد فعل على موقف حزب التحرير من التنظيم ومن خلال جواب سؤال لامير حزب التحرير في 3 رمضان 1435 حول إعلان التنظيم إقامة الخلافة، كأول رد عالمي سياسي وشرعي،  تحت عنوان: جواب سؤال : إعلان تنظيم الدولة إقامة الخلافة

والذي جاء فيه مايلي :

" إن الإعلان الذي تمّ هو لغو لا يقدم ولا يؤخر في واقع تنظيم الدولة، فالتنظيم هو حركة مسلحة قبل الإعلان وبعد الإعلان، شأنه شأن باقي الحركات المسلحة تتقاتل فيما بينها ومع الأنظمة دون أن تبسط أي من هذه الفصائل سلطاناً على سوريا أو على العراق أو على كليهما، ولو كانت أي من هذه الفصائل ومنها تنظيم الدولة، لو كانت تبسط سلطانها على أي منطقة ذات شأن فيها مقومات الدولة وأعلنت إقامة الخلافة وتطبيق الإسلام لكانت تستحق البحث ليُرى إن كانت الخلافة التي أقيمت هي وفق الأحكام الشرعية، فعندها تُتَّبع، وذلك لأن إقامة الخلافة فرض على المسلمين وليست فرضا على حزب التحرير فحسب، فمن أقامها بحقها يُتَّبع... أما والأمر ليس كذلك، بل جميعها فصائل مسلحة "مليشيات" ومنها التنظيم، لا مقومات دولة ولا سلطان على الأرض ولا أمن وأمان، فإن إعلان التنظيم بإقامة الخلافة هو لغو لا يستحق الوقوف عنده للبحث في واقعه فهو ظاهر للعيان ".

ولانزيد هنا  رداً على هذه الادعاءات الواردة أعلاه في المقال المشار إليه، إلا ما جاء أيضا في الفقرة التالية من مجمل جواب سؤال آخر لأمير حزب التحرير في 14 رمضان 1435 بعنوان : جواب سؤال: الطريقة الشرعية لإقامة الخلافة والسلطان المتغلب

"أما أن الحزب لا يعدُّ الخلافة شرعية إلا إذا أقامها هو، فقول أوهن من بيت العنكبوت! إن هذا هو ما يوحيه الشيطان لبعض قصار الباع والنظر، وفاقدي البصيرة والبصر... إن ما يريده الحزب هو أن تقام الخلافة نقية صافية غير مشوهة، فنحن "أمُّ الصبي" قضيتنا أن لا يُقتل الصبي أو يشوه... بل يتحقق للصبي القوة والصحة وحسن الرعاية وجودة العناية، وليست القضية من يرعاه... إننا نريد أن تقام الخلافة بحقها فتكون عظيمة الشأن قوية السلطان تطبق الإسلام في الداخل وتحمله للخارج بالدعوة والجهاد، ومن ثم تكون بحق الخلافة الراشدة على منهاج النبوة التي وعد الله سبحانه بها وبشر رسوله صلى الله عليه وسلم بقيامها بعد الحكم الجبري... ومن يقيمها حينئذ بحقها، سواء أكنا نحن أم كان غيرنا، فيُسمع له ويطاع، وتخرج الأرض بإذن الله كنوزها وتنزل السماء خيراتها، ويعز الإسلام وأهله ويذل الكفر وأهله، والله عزيز حكيم...

هكذا نريد للخلافة أن تعود طاهرة مباركة كما جاء بها رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم وتبعه في ذلك خلفاؤه الراشدون رضوان الله عليهم... خلافة يحبها الله سبحانه ورسوله صلى الله عليه وسلم والمؤمنون، خلافة تدخل السرور في قلوب المسلمين والعزة في ديارهم... وليست إعلان اسم خلافة مشوهة، مجبولة بدماء المسلمين على غير وجه حق".

Chechen IS Militant: 'Infidels, Pagans, Half-Naked Women, Musicians, Actors Are Against Us'

A prominent Chechen militant in the Islamic State (IS) group has given an explanation of why, in his view, the entireworld, including the United States, the Persian Gulf states, and even actors, musicians, scantily clad women, and those who make "bawdy TV series" are opposed to the militants in Syria and Iraq.

Musa Abu Yusuf al-Shishani explains that the U.S.-led coalition against the group is a reaction to the threat posed by the militants. "Infidels and pagans from around the world have gathered against you in a single coalition because you have trampled the border with which they had divided the Muslims and you declared a caliphate [the term used by the IS group to refer to the lands under its control], which is a direct threat to their Taghut [idolatrous] world order," he declares.

Musa Abu Yusuf al-Shishani is a member of the predominantly Chechen IS faction Katibat Al-Aqsa faction, which fought in Koban

The Chechen militant gives frequent lectures via social media on various matters connected with the IS group and its extremist version of Islam

In his latest lecture, titled Allah Is Sufficient For You and shared via pro-IS accounts on the Russian-language social network VKontkakte on February 5, Musa Abu Yusuf al-Shishani offers some interesting insights into the worldview of a Chechen militant fighting in IS.......

According to him, even other Islamic groups such as Hizb ut-Tahrir and the Muslim Brotherhood are opposed to the IS group, because they are jealous of the militants' success. While "eternal talkers" from groups like Hizb ut-Tahrir had tried for years to "turn the heads of naive youth," the IS group had gone ahead and established a "caliphate," Musa Abu Yusuf al-Shishani explains.

"You have achieved such results that they could only dream about for another couple of decades," the Chechen militant reassures his fellow Russian-speaking extremists.

Commentary:

Many comments have been stated here and there such as those alleged, baseless and satanic criticisms. The last comment was claimed to be said in the above article, by this ISIS member. These comments have been frequent and repeated periodically, as a reaction to the answer statement, by Ameer of Hizb ut Tahrir on 3^rd Rmadan 1435, as the first worldwide judiciary and political response to ISIS declaration of caliphate, under the title:

Ameer's Q & A: Regarding what has been Declared by ISIS about the Establishment of the Khilafah

from which we quote the following:

"The announcement which occurred was mere rhetoric, which will not increase or decrease in the reality of the state structure. The organization is an armed movement before the announcement and after the announcement. Its circumstance is like other armed movements who fight with others and with the regimes, without any of them being able to attain any authority in Syria or in Iraq or both of them. Had any of these factions, including ISIS, actually been able to establish its authority in an appropriate area, with the components of a state, and subsequently announced the establishment of a Khilafah and it implemented Islam, then it would have been deserving of study to see if the Khilafah actually was established according to the Shariah rules, and then it would have been followed, and that is because the establishment of the Khilafah is a Fard upon all the Muslims and not just on Hizb ut Tahrir, so whoever rightfully establishes it will be followed... However the matter is not like this, rather all the armed movements are militias, which include ISIS, have neither the elements of state or authority on the ground nor security and protection. Therefore, the announcement by ISIS of the establishment of a Khilafah is mere rhetoric, which is undeserving even of observation as to its reality, since it is visible..."

In response to the alleged statements regarding Hizb ut Tahrir mentioned in the above article, we add no more to this quotation, again from another answer statement by Ameer of Hizb ut Tahrir, on 14^th Ramadan 1435, under the title:

Question & Answer: The Legislative (Shari') Method of Establishing the Khilafah and the Dominant Sultan

"As for the point that the Hizb does not consider the Khilafah legitimate except if it establishes it, then it is a saying that's weaker than a spider web! This is what the Shaytaan implies to some of those who have a short span and vision, and lacking in insight and vision... what the Hizb wants is for the Khilafah to be established in a clear, pure and undistorted manner, we are the "child's mother" whose mission is that the boy is neither killed nor distorted... but for the boy to achieve strength, health, good care with high quality, and the issue is not about who takes care of him... we want the Khilafah to be established with its full rights, thus it becomes a great cause, strong in power, implementing Islam internally and carrying it externally through Da'wah and Jihad. It will then be an actual righteous Khilafah on the method of the Prophethood that was promised by Allah (swt) and given the glad tidings of it by the Messenger of Allah (saw)... after the oppressive ruling phase and whoever then establishes it rightfully."
